Note existing damage within five days of receiving keys. Ordinary wear is not chargeable. You can still fill this on paper and hand it over — this form is the electronic copy.

I can print or download a copy. I may also sign on paper. A signed copy of a lease must still be given to the tenant (A.R.S. § 33-1321).

Paper Exhibit C still counts. If you do not return a move-in form, the premises may be presumed as the landlord’s copy describes, except latent defects.
