Baysinger Properties is a small, owner-operated rental portfolio — homes in Safford and the Tucson basin, leased under Arizona law, managed by the person whose name is on the lease.
There is no leasing office and no after-hours call tree. You see the home, you apply in writing, you pay rent to Brett Baysinger by Zelle or Cash App, and you text the same number when something breaks.
The application, the screening criteria, and the lease are written to Arizona’s Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. Occupancy, smoking, pets, and money due at signing are spelled out — including which fees are nonrefundable.
